Advice if you have witnessed bullying
If you have recently witnessed any type of bullying, you should:
- Go and tell someone you can trust about what you have witnessed.
- If you wish to remain anonymous ask the person you have chose to tell not to give out your name this way you can help, whilst still being able to see the right thing done.
- If you see bullying in the classroom/workplace tell a teacher/manager or someone else you feel you can trust at a good time and also ask to remain anonymous if you wish to.
- If you can see the person being bullied suffering; go and talk to them you never know a quick chat and a smile can lead to a lifetime friendship.
